My career in customer support initially started as a hobby which went on to become passion. four years into this career and i am glad i chose this path, the sense of satisfaction that comes with helping customers and succesfully resolving tickets is exhilarating.

Web Design and Development

I learnt how to code because i wanted to know the inner workings and the entire concept behind websites. I have gained so much knowledge coding with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
